Shipping and Return Policy
Prices and Delivery Costs
The prices displayed at the time of ordering apply to your purchase. Prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT (sales tax). Svadia, or the relevant Svadia partner in the case of Partner products, owns the products until full payment has been made.
When ordering for at least SEK 599, delivery to the post office is free. When ordering for less than SEK 599, delivery to the post office costs SEK 69. The delivery cost is clearly stated in the ordering process where the total cost of your order (including any delivery costs) is specified under "total amount" before the purchase is made and is binding.
Delivery
We are only obligated to deliver goods that are available in our warehouse, including those goods ordered from our suppliers. Svadia also reserves the right for possible final sales of products until they have left Svadia's warehouse. If a product is not in stock, we will contact you and refund all paid amounts without undue delay. In addition, we do not undertake to source ordered products from any other source. This also applies to orders for generic products (meaning products where only the current product type and characteristics are specified).
Products purchased via www.svadia.se are only delivered to addresses within Sweden. When delivery times are stated in working days, working days are to be understood as all days from Monday to Friday, excluding Midsummer's Eve, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve and national holidays in Sweden and/or Germany (i.e., so-called red days).
We deliver your products to the delivery address (nearest post office) you provided in your order. When you place your order, you will see the estimated delivery time. The delivery time is updated when we send the order confirmation to your email address.
If you choose regular delivery of your order, our goal is to deliver your order within 2 to 5 working days after you have placed the order.

Refunds are made automatically using the same payment method used to pay for your order. If the payment was made by invoice or by advance payment, the refund will be made to the account from which the payment was made. To make a transfer, we may require your account information.
